This primer contains high quality, broad-spectrum SPF50 protection with 5 star ultra-UVA rating (PPD 48). Apply under makeup. Minimise the risk of skin cancer and skin ageing with our lightweight formulation, which doesn't feel heavy or leave a sticky residue on the skin like a lot of sunscreens would.

This is the second Altruist Primer that I have bought and it’s wonderful. I don’t need to use a moisturiser with it as it does the job of both for me (I never found a moisturiser that worked properly). It’s very light, goes on easily and doesn’t leave a nasty residue. I use it under my foundation daily and it works brilliantly.
I like this but it stings my eyes and it is very shiny !

I purchased the Primer with other items: 0.5% Hyaluronic Acid moisturiser, SPF 50 sun spray 250ml, anti-redness and pigmentation SPF50. It had been recommended by a friend. I really like it because it goes on smoothly and absorbs well. I use the Anti-redness and Pigmentation SPF50 over the top as a tinted moisturiser and it stays on well with the Primer underneath. It is so reasonably priced and I have confidence in Altruist Sun Cream as a brand because it genuinely is Dermatologist formulated. I will definitely buy it again.
Use this SP50 Primer over SP50 Alturist moisturiser, foundation is applied smoothly and insures all face has good protection.
