The pump stopped working after a few uses.

It was hard to dispense after the first 2 or 3 times and did not appear to be a terribly effective cleanser.

Lovely light product which leaves your face feeling fresh and clean. No residue and easy to wash off

This is hands down the best cleanser I have ever used - my skin has never looked better. However, as many other reviews mention, the pump bottle is pretty bad.

I took my first bottle backpacking and, understandably, it leaked everywhere. I'm not at all surprised due to the amount of shaking and roughing up it received on my trip but it would be great if there was a way to actually lock the bottle to minimise the amount of cleanser that spills - I had a very sudsy backpack.

My second bottle has stayed firmly on my basin since receiving it and, about a quarter of the way through the bottle, the pump has completely broken.

Again, the cleanser is life changing stuff but the bottle really lets it down.

Really like the cleanser, its very effective.
BUT I find the pump action dispenser does not work. The first one worked for75% of the product and then I had to pour it out onto palm of my hand. The second dispenser has not worked at all.
