Altruist Moisturising Fluid is created by consultant dermatologist and skin cancer surgeon Dr Andrew Birnie to provide optimum skin hydration, firmness and elasticity in an easily absorbed, light formulation.
This moisturiser includes SPF50 (PPD 20) protection and is designed to create a more youthful, radiant-looking skin. The formula contains low molecular weight hyaluronic acid which penetrates deeply into the epidermis to deliver intense hydration.
Enriched with glycerin to enhance the skin’s natural moisturising factors, the lightweight texture makes it the perfect everyday facial moisturiser.

Why is the Family Sunspray suitable for babies from 6 months?
The Family Sunspray is suitable for babies from 6 months because it does not contain silver chloride, a preservative used in some of our other SPF50 sunscreens. While there is no evidence that silver chloride is harmful, it has not been tested for use on children under 2 and is therefore not licensed for that age group
As a brand that strictly follows EU sunscreen regulations, this is why our other sunscreens are labelled for 2 years and older. For younger babies, we recommend avoiding direct sun exposure and using protective clothing.
