Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal request.

Please note that, for reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic or skincare products once the seal has been broken after delivery.

We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
