The Altruist Cleansing Foam was Created by consultant dermatologist and skin cancer surgeon Dr Andrew Birnie to remove dry and dead skin cells, leaving youthful-looking skin.
This cleansing foam contains 2% salicylic acid, and anti-inflammatory and hydrating allantoin. Formulated for combination/oily skin. Ideal for acne-prone skin as the salicylic acid clears pores of dirt and reduces sebum production. It gently cleans blemish-prone skin and leaves the skin feeling clean and fresh.

Key active ingredients
Salicylic Acid
Salicylic acid can, despite primarily known for its acne-fighting properties, lightly exfoliate and keep pores clear, which may help sunscreen apply more smoothly.
Allantoin

Why is the Family Sunspray suitable for babies from 6 months?
The Family Sunspray is suitable for babies from 6 months because it does not contain silver chloride, a preservative used in some of our other SPF50 sunscreens. While there is no evidence that silver chloride is harmful, it has not been tested for use on children under 2 and is therefore not licensed for that age group
As a brand that strictly follows EU sunscreen regulations, this is why our other sunscreens are labelled for 2 years and older. For younger babies, we recommend avoiding direct sun exposure and using protective clothing.
