Bought many of the Altruist products having been told about them by my Husband who heard the founder/dermatologist on the radio. Thought I'd give them a try, as you aren't going to get better than a dermatologist putting together a skin range. I have to say I've been 100% happy with the hand cream, dry skin repair cream, body moisturiser, face-cream and cleansing wash. Top of the range products which cut out the middle man and make these fabulous creams a must buy. Highly recommend . Their customer service is excellent too, answering any questions you may have. Great cream

Altruist dry skin repair cream is easy to apply and simply melts into the skin without leaving a greasy surface. It's 10% urea is very healing.
