This cream includes SPF50 (PPD 20) protection and is designed to create more youthful, radiant-looking skin by using low molecular weight hyaluronic acid which penetrates deeply into the epidermis. Enriched with glycerin and urea to enhance the skin’s natural moisturising factors, the light formulation makes the perfect facial moisturiser.

Lovely moisturiser that glides on and that you can trust is doing what it promises.

Disappointing.

I was led to believe that this would feel like wearing a good facial moisturiser that also had the benefits of a high SPF. It feels exactly like wearing regular sunscreen lotion. I wouldn’t routinely use this every day.

Best SPF moisturiser for me so far

I have psoriasis but also a lot of sensory sensitivities and usually don’t get on with sunscreens or spf moisturises. I can’t with the smell, the stickiness and the eye stinging - and have not used sunscreen as much as I should, I’m fairly light skinned and burn easily. Even though I KNOW better!
Every year I “try out” new products. I’ve never heard about Altruist before. No one recommended it and everyone I tell also is t aware, which is a shame because so far it’s the best facial spf I’ve tried!
It’s not so sticky after applying and letting it settle in for a second. It doesn’t smell like sunscreens of do. And it doesn’t sting my eye, they’re not as watery.
And I’ve managed to use it every day since I got it! Yay

Really good sunscreen, easily absorbed into the skin.
Another hit with the whole family, terrific.
